Moa and stalin both were soldiers in the army wich started there clim toward power because they both were well known. After moa became in power after he used propoganda and force he used self-critisism camps and re education camps to scar people into making him a leader and not to go against him. Stalin used more talking than force and he still became a powerfull leader, without as much force as Mao.
Mao and Hitler are very much alike, they both used camps to kill poeple and showed them that they are in full control. Hilter though used camps just to exterminate a race instead of just trying to get them scared into not going against him but they used both the smae type of method. and in that time Hitler was very powerful he had almost all germans on his side either they were convinced that he was a good leader or they were terrified to speak up. Mao though did the same method with the camps but not just to kill them but to scar them into believing his leadership but also some do tend to die in these camps and they did not care because they both Hitler and Mao thought the same way. The ones who died they did not want them or need them any ways. they thought it would be better wth out them. so Hitler and Mao both thought alike on how to gain power.
After some one gets into power the tend to build a dictatorship and end up screwing up the country even more than it was before. Then they get a little cocky in a sence they think that their religion or there teaching is the only thing that matters and then it starts to get out of hand, like with Hitler and him ordering to kill that certain race to become known as a very powerfull leader. With Mao he told people that their religion is no good and he sent people to camps if they did not do as he said or if they were against him. After a dictatorship is build usually the country tends to go down instead of rise. Then war starts because another doens't agree with their beliefs or the way they running the country.

Me- so gram what can you tell me about thetown?

Gram- Well there used to be a Ku Klux Klan in Hartland

Me- Really wow, any thing else

Gram- Netties use to be a drug store and there used to be a hotel were the bank is

Me- really so the town had two hotels

Gram-ya it was a very popualr place back in those days

Me- I see so how about the diner

Gram- I dont know I do know that it has been around since the 1800's

Me- ok so what else

Gram- Out behind our house were Alice Sico lives used to be a brick factory

Me- oh really so thats why there are so many bricks in the garden every year. so what else is there

Gram- Well down behind the bank you know were the tannery's parking lot is used to be full with apartments and stores, a resteraunt and a sheriff was actually shot there the man who did it was killed

Me-wow!!!! thats interesting so did the sheriff servive

Gram- ya he was only wounded

Me- ok so this is that last question I herd that Randletts used to have a gas station

Gram- it did when her husband owned it, then she took over after he died

Me- So gramp is there any buildings in this town that I dont know about

Gramp- well lets see there used to be an hotel up you know were Rocky's is now. There also use to be an store and apartments in it.

Me- Really so what happened

Gramp- well met up with your granmother and then it was torn down years later.

Me- Is there any thing else that you can think of?

Gramp- there used to be a jail on water street after the bridge on the left

Me- so what happened to it

Gramp- it just old and rundown so they shut the place down

Me- ok so what is up with thst blue building up by the post office

Gramp- thats nothing but the old folks home used to be a Scott Web Memorial Hospiatl untill thay turned it into what it is now.
